O’Keefe undertook the Civils Works including; excavation and disposal of material on site; break down of piles for inclusion within the works; formwork, rebar and concrete to form bases, walls & beams; installation of movement joints, water-bar and sealants. The Pipe Encapsulation Works involved the formation of capping with existing materials.
