O’Keefe Construction has won a Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) award for one of its London projects.
One Crown Place earned the company a Bronze CCS 2019 National Site award in the £1 million to £5 million category at an award ceremony and lunch in the city’s Plaisterer’s Hall on April 3rd.
The awards recognise the exceptional standards of consideration that construction sites have shown towards local neighbourhoods and the general public, the workforce and the environment. Only the top scoring registered sites are potentially eligible to win a Bronze, Silver or Gold award.
The awards are separated by project value bandings, ensuring award winners have been reviewed against others of similar value.
O’Keefe’s scope of works at One Crown Place, a mixed-use scheme in Hackney for CBRE, included capping beam construction, temporary works installation, basement excavation and sub-structure construction of a sun terraces extension over 31 weeks.
