Formed in 1970 by Patrick O’Keefe senior, the business has enjoyed steady growth in turnover and profits for the last four and a half decades but as with every dynamic business change is a constant.
In January 2016 the Board met to review our strategy and to compile a new set of business objectives that would shape the direction and culture of the Group for at least the next three years.

Our primary focus is on health and safety and we are fastidious in enforcing our own “What IF? Incident Free” programme. We believe that by adhering to the 4 values stated above, in priority order, the Board will be able to make the correct decisions to drive the business forward.
The O’Keefe Group is now run with 3 operating divisions, Demolition, Kent and London, with individual budgets, structures and leaders. This has enabled us to give greater business autonomy to our leadership teams which, in turn, has provided a faster, more flexible and accountable service for our clients.
