O'Keefe Utilities launch SMARTR Prcoessing Facility with Open Day
O'Keefe Utilities Limited, with partners Laing O’Rourke held an open day on 9th October 2009 to launch our first SMARTR processing facility in Silvertown, East London. The open day was an opportunity for the representatives from the London Boroughs to see the bespoke SMARTR machines that have been developed to produce an Alternative Reinstatement Material (ARM), known by its trade name PAVIMENTUM.

O'Keefe Utilities Limited is one of the first companies in the UK to produce a Hydraulically Bound Material (HBM) that meets European and British Standards and the opening of the first SMARTR facility marks the fruition of over four years of extensive research, trials, design and development carried out by Directors Patrick O’Keefe & Lee Horsley and Laboratory Manager Kevin Wood.
